Up in the north ...

I am in Alor Star.  Good to be back in my hometown, backtracking the memories.  Arrived yesterday evening.  Stayed at DGCC hotel.  Since it's just three of us - we took the studio room.  Had dinner last night with Irfan's mum and siblings.  It was a nice affair. Thank you Datin for the tudung.  Pandai Datin jahit.... Most of all thank you Allah for giving us the opportunity to get to know these great people.

Made a number of plans this morning with adik.  Will try to finish off the important ones - paling important dan mesti aku lakukan ialah pergi ziarah kubur arwah ayah and my grandparents.  Inilah sebab utama why I am here now.  Adik might go later in the evening to the lake with Iwani, Irfan's sis - a sweet and friendly girl.  She's same age with adik and they clicked well - syukur alhamdulillah.

Tengok la apa yang boleh dibuat today.  It is raining now - heavily.  Sejuk la sangat.  Not used to tidur lepas subuh - so while waiting to do my dhuha boleh la update2 sikit apa yang boleh.  Adik dok study - volume TV kena slow and aku tak boleh cakap2, nanti she get distracted.  That's what she said.  

So, hoping for more good times here and good food of course.  Sat lagi nak pergi cari nasi lemak yang sedap kat depan DGCC.  Tunggu hujan berhenti.  For the record, anak aku nak makan KFC malam ni, haish!
